Amino H140 - the next generation, high-definition, high performance IPTV/OTT Amino STB for guest room IPTV systems.

High-definition television is now an expected feature of in-room services. The Amino set-top-box H140 is a high-definition STB providing a comprehensive range of features for the hospitality market.

The Amino H140 offers a range of compelling benefits, such as OTT support, which allows viewers to combine traditional programming with popular user-generated website content via the open Internet and gives operators greater value for their deployments. The next great feature of the Amino set-top-box is its CEC control over HDMI, which allows IR pass-through, power on and off of the TV and STB, plus sending and receiving other CEC-supported commands.

The Amino H140 is also equipped with a RS-232 serial interface that can be used as a connection interface to hospitality televisions for use with a single remote control. This set-top-box also supports the easy updating of content via remote download, remote management of the system and the ability to integrate with other guest services - telephony, Internet, billing and information.

Remote Controls

The Amino H140 STB is equipped with the advanced 510-710 remote control with two designs available, offering additional control of standard TV and DVD functions via a single remote.

Keyboards

The 502-455 infra-red keyboard with integrated navigation pad and IR frequency selection is available for the Amino H140.

Infra-Red Extenders

The infra-red receiver of the Amino hospitality STB range can be extended with an IR dongle for when the STB itself is mounted in a remote location, such as under a desk.

Cables and Other Supplies

Country-specific power supplies, STB mount holders and cables are available for the H140, such as HDMI cables, CAT5 cables, serial debug cables and a series of AV cables (10 pin-mini): DIN to RCA CVBS and stereo audio, DIN to SCART, DIN to S-VHS and RCA CVBS stereo audio, DIN to RCA RGB +sync (or YPrPb +S-VHS) and stereo audio, DIN to SCART, DIN to S-VHS and RCA CVBS stereo audio and DIN to RCA RGB +sync (or YPrPb +S-VHS) and stereo audio.
